I am a UK based photographer with a passion for photographing vintage aircraft, classic cars and the people who fly/drive/own and maintain them.
From an early age I was lucky to have a family who are passionate about restoring and driving vintage cars, both pre and post war. Add my love of photography that has built up over the years then it seemed a natural progression to want to capture the people who own/drive or fly these classic machines. From that I've met some fantastic people and been privileged to be able to get behind the scenes at events.
For the last 13 years I've gained more experience, and with the network of people I've met at events have started to get the behind the scenes images from smaller to major events. From such events as Imperial war museum Duxford's Flying Legends weekend, Brooklands race track, Goodwood revival's event to the Victory show held each year I've been able to get closer to where I can capture the atmosphere of the times and share these with people from across not just the UK, but across the world.
I've also been extremely lucky with museums like the Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage Centre where the privately owned Avro Lancaster bomber 'Just Jane' NX611 is based, whom allow me access to capture images of the aircraft and re-enactors sometimes behind the scenes or private events held there.
My photograph's have been published in editions of Flugzeug Classic, Flypast and Aeroplane magzinesas well as the Victory show calender.
